Ahhh - evils! I haven't done those since last summer. Courtney had a half day today becuase of all the snow so he came and worked out with me. We did (kind of) the WOD from a few days ago: 3 rounds: 300 meter row 25 wall ball (10 pounds) 10 pull-ups
We did a few extra wall ball than prescribed cause we didn't have 20 pound med balls. I got 10 minutes, Courtney = 10:46.
