  1. That looks like my kind of workout, except those heavy deadlifts at the start. It's been months since I lifted a heavy object.

    I borrowed the set of Insanity workout DVD's from one of my players. Yesterday the field hockey coach and I did the plyometric cardio circuit. It was intense. Pretty dang hard, and luckily not too long. A lot of bouncing around, which means I have sore calves today.
