Tried another Sectional WOD today. Fail #1.
10 minute AMRAP
7 Thrusters 75# (had to do Front Squats because it was too heavy)
12 KB Swings 35# (16kg)
7 Pullups
Did 4 rounds + 2 KB Swings for a Total of 113 reps
The top score for this WOD last year was 158 (3 people tied), that's just over 6 rounds.
Fail #2: Weighed in at 134.6lbs, gained .6 pounds this week. WTF!
Hi Bean! I need to figure out this following thing. I thought I was going to get an email when you posted something, but that didn't happen. Anyway, to update you on my workouts, yesterday I swam for 35 minutes and taught an hour-long spin class. Today I did the P90X plyometrics workout video with the field hockey coach and grad assistant. It was pretty entertaining. I decided that you have to be a bit wacky to have a popular workout DVD. Hopefully I'll do some lifting tomorrow since I've clearly been doing more cardio. Nice job on that 5.5 mile run in 44 minutes - that's awesome!
