Time- 41:19

Again, horrible transitions because the GHD is on the 1st floor and the track is on the 3rd floor.  I sucked at the pushups, everything else was doable.

    I finally lost the weight that I had put on around spring break. I'm back down to 138 now, which is my usual.
    Mostly cardio workouts for me last week: running, spinning, swimming and rowing machine. I did one day of lifting, but it wasn't anything too exciting. I'm going to lift tomorrow though - I'll let you know how it goes!
