First time trying these two Hero WODs so I guess that makes it a PR!  I did do something similar to Jerry  with a 3k row instead and my time was around 34 minutes.

    It was great to chat last night.
    Today all the grad students in my department challenged the head coaches/faculty to a flag football game. Only 1 head coach and 1 faculty member showed up so we had to break up the grad students to even things out. I played a very minor role on my team since I injured myself during warm-ups! There were only a few of us there and we didn't have the keys to the turf so we were playing catch on the track. Someone threw me the ball and it was to the side and behind me. I was about to make what was sure to be a splendid over the shoulder catch when, right as the ball was hitting my finger tips, I stepped on the little ledge between the track and the infield, inverted my ankle and collapsed to the ground. I haven't sprained my ankle this bad since college. I can walk, but barely. I still played in the game of course. On offense I hiked the ball and then just stood there, and on defense I counted to five-Mississippi and waived my hands at the quarterback. This is definitely going to take a tole on my workouts.
    I want to try Jerry - that looks painful, but fun!
