Oh man, this one is going to suck! So many hard and heavy CrossFitters out there are stoked for this one. I am not. I haven't maxed out or lifted anything too heavy since before I had mono, and even really since I left SC.
5 minute AMRAP
Squat Clean 50kg/110lbs
Jerk
I did 8 squat cleans then failed on the last jerk for a whopping total of 15 reps. Weak Sauce!
I was so mad about it, I did a "Karen" finisher:
150 thrusters for time 33#
Time: 11:44
Oh yeah, and I warmed up with a 3k row. Worked up a good sweat! Feels like spring time!
Thanks for the birthday shout out! For my birthday workout I lead a 45-minute spin class for a few people in the department. Then on Friday night my grad student indoor soccer team had our last game of the season. Our win kept us from finishing in last place - woo hoo!
