800m Surprise PR!

Workup 1RM Strict Press 88#
10 x 3 on the minute for 10 minute @ 66#

Northwest Regional WOD:
3 rounds
10 OH Squats 66# (Rx'd 95#)
50 Double Unders

Time- 8:03

Finisher: 800m run 3:24 PR!!!!  Didn't even know it was a PR until I looked at my log book today.  My previous PR was 3:36!

    Was the rx'ed for women really 95 #'s? I have definitely never done an OH squat with that much weight, let alone 30 of them.

    Today I taught a 45-minute spin class at lunch time, then in the afternoon I did the following workout with a fellow grad student:
    18/15/12/9
    Pull-ups
    Sit-ups
    Thrusters (45 #'s)
    Double unders
    Time: 9:26
    I probably should have done more weight for the thrusters, but I didn't think I had it in me after spin class. I went through everything pretty fast except for the pull-ups.
    Yey for double days!
