Then, 5x5 back squat, something I haven't done in WAY too long. Did 135#
Finished with the OPEN WOD #5
7 minute AMRAP
3 thrusters 65#/30kg
3 C2B pullups
6 thrusters
6 pullups
9 thrusters
9 pullups, only finished the round of 6 plus 4 pullups.
Horrible! Didn't even do as many reps as Fran and I know my Fran time is sub 7 minutes. Bleh! Might have gone better without the row and the back squats, but I think the heavy lifting at the beginning of my workouts is what's missing. And judging from the 3+ days of soreness afterwards, I'm correct.

That video you posted on Facebook of Charles Barkley trying to do a crossfit video is amazing. Who knew a successful professional basketball player could be so bad at cleans?!? Who was that chick in the video with the pink sports bra? She was awesome!
I did a double day today. Went on a slow 6-mile run with some of my classmates, then later did this workout with a different classmate:
20 minutes AMRAP:
500 meter row
20 single leg squats
10 knees to elbows
15 pushups
I got 4 rounds, plus the row and maybe 8 squats. It was a good workout for where I am right now, which is someone that hasn't been doing much lifting. Keep up everything that you're doing and I'll keep aspiring to be as strong as you!
