Yes, they are called Evils for a reason. It's a burpee plus thruster with dumbbells. Basically awesome.
Hey Bean! I haven't looked at your blog in a while but I was just scrolling back through it. I did some evils when I was on vacation in Oregon in August! There wasn't much exercise equipment, but I saw some 25 lb dumbbells and thought of evils. I wanted something short that day so I did 30 evils for time. It sucked!
