Look at all these PR's - awesome job Bean! My quads were SO SOAR after those squats last week. I've been just running and spinning but I'm going to (kind of) to today's WOD (Tyler) tomorrow. I'm going to do 11 pull-ups + 7 dips in place of the muscle-ups. I'll let you know how it goes!
