Warm up 1000m row

10 x 160m sprint (because of our lame 160m track) with 1 minute rest (1:2)

Times: 33/32/32/33/33/31/32/32/31/30

Then,
5 x 3 dead hang pullups (supposed to be weighted pullups but I had to scale down).

WOD:
5 rounds
7 DL @ 154#
11 Burpees

Time- 9:47
