Frustrating. Quite a few misses, always dropping in front. Need to work on my shoulder flexibility and possibly a wider grip. Wrists are also a weakness.
5 x 1 Snatch @ 77/88/94.6/96.8/ missed at 99# repeatedly.
Frustrating! Especially after hitting 100# a few times in 12.2. Need to work on squat snatches, landing low and pulling myself under the bar.

I did workout #3 today. I did 6 rounds plus 23 reps. I didn't think the push press would be as hard as it was. In the video the girl was pressing it like it was nothing, but she's also the 'fittest woman on earth.' Have fun with it!
