Kristi @ CFP!

Went to CrossFit Progression and took Kristi for her first time.

4 x 3 Back Squat @ 135/165/165/165#

2 x 10 Pistols, learned some neat modifications:  box pistols, rolling pistols and assisted pistols with bands.

2 x 8 Romanian DL @ 135#

Partner WOD:
100 pullups
100 toes through rings (fun!)
100 squats
100 DU's
