HSPU were almost legit, pistols used a band to hold on to for balance.

5 x 1 Back Squat @ 176/187/193/198/204.6# almost back up to my PR of 113#
5 x 1 Jerk @ 99/105/110/121/129.8# almost back up to my PR of 135#
