*This warm up definitely did NOT get my heart rate up.

This was the worst I've felt in a WOD so far.  I don't know why, but I didn't have C2B pullups AT ALL today.  Part of the problem was not getting my heart rate up before I started and the first 15 thrusters felt terrible.  Then I was literally doing 1 C2B pullup at a time.  Just awful!
