* I did 2 UB ever 2 minutes for as long as I could. Started failing on the dip and switch to singles at 12 minutes.
3/2/2/2/2/2/1/1/1/1/1 = 18 total. The most completed in a WOD ever and the most UB I've ever done.
I'm confident in the transition now and have started to string them together, but my dip strength fails me.
