So I only would have been able to do the first two. Not good.

Time- 10:19 with a 52 second transition because of the stairs. Without that, I would have PR'd for sure. This is the first time I've done "Jackie" Rx'd, so it was a PR anyway. The last time I did it with jumping pullups and finished in 10:15
And, I PR'd in my 1000m row!
