1.  Warm Up
10 min run
30 KB Taters (2 gallon jugs)
30 Burpees

2.  Strength
Back Squat 3x3 @90%
3x3 Devin Back Squats @185#

3.  Bitch Work
8x50m sprint with 2 min rest

The gym was closed because of the hurricane and mandatory evacuation so we did the best we could at home!
